8 oz Cream cheese; softened
1 tb Orange rind; grated
2 tb Orange juice
1/2 c Sugar, confectioners
1 Crust, crumb 8″
6 Crumb tart shells
2 c Fresh fruit; such as
-Fresh whole berries
-Seedless green grapes
-Pitted sweet cherries
-Sliced peaches
-Nectarines
-Plums; etc.
Beat cheese, rind, juice, and sugar together until fluffy. Fill pie crust
o tart shells with cheese mixture. Chill thoroughly. Top with fruit. Add 1
tablesppon lemon juice to peaches or nectarines to prevent discoloration. S
more sugar generously over fruit.
