1 c Mayonnaise
2 tb Capers; drained
3 tb Black olives; pitted,
-chopped
1/4 c Chopped fresh cilantro
Juice of 1 lemon
1 ts Dijon mustard
Salt and black pepper; to
-taste
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
Comments: In place of cilantro, use basil, tarragon, chives, thyme,
oregano, or even Italian or regular parsley.
