3/4 c Flour
1/2 c Brown sugar
1/3 c Soft margarine
1 c Raisins
2 Eggs
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Corn syrup
Salt
1 ts Vanilla
1/4 c Flour
2 ts Lemon juice; or vinegar
Combine 3/4 cup flour, brown sugar and margarine. Mix until crumbly. Pat
into an ungreased 9″x9″ pan. Bake at 350 degrees 12-15 mins. until lightly
browned. Beat eggs, add sugar, syrup, salt, vanilla, 1/4 flour and raisins.
Pour over crust in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins. Cool before
cutting. Freezes well.
