2 1/4 c Bread flour (16 oz)
1 tb Dry milk (1/3 oz)
1 ts Salt (1/3 oz)
1 tb Butter (3/5 oz)
2 tb Sugar (9/10 oz)
15/16 c Water (11 fl oz)
1 ts Dry Yeast*
*If Fleishmans yeast, add 2 tsp yeast. Add flour, milk, salt, butter
, sugar then the water. Best when cooked on Basic; light crust cycle.
Make 1 lb. loaf in the Panasonic.
