1/2 c Chopped sweet onions
2 tb Butter
1 pk Corn muffin mix
1/2 c Sour cream
1/2 c Shredded sharp American
-cheese
Cook onion in butter until tender but not brown. Prepare corn muffin
mix according to package directions. Pour into greased 8 x 8 x 8 x 2
inch pan. Sprinkle muffin mixture with cooked onion. Mix sour cream
and cheese; spoon over the top. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes,
or until done. Let stand a few minutes before cutting into squares.
