Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread

Ingrients & Directions


3 c Flour
3/4 ts Salt
1 ts Baking soda
2 c Sugar
1 ts Cinnamon
1 c Chopped pecans
3 Eggs, beaten
1 c Vegetable oil
2 c Mashed bananas
1 ea 8 oz. can of crushed
Pineapple
And juice
2 ts Vanilla

NOTE: Combine ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10
minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
