1 c Oregon hazelnuts,
— roasted and ground
1/2 c Graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c Sugar
1/4 ts Allspice, ground
1/4 c Butter or margarine
Mix together hazelnuts, crumbs, sugar and allspice; blend in butter
to form a crumbly mixture. Press against bottom and sides of a 9″ pie
plate. Bake in 400 oven 5 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool
thoroughly.
