1 c Sour cream 2 pk Yeast
1/2 c Sugar 1/2 c Warm water
1 ts Salt 2 Eggs
1/2 c Melted butter (1 stick) 4 c Flour
CREAM CHEESE FILLING
16 oz Cream cheese 1/8 ts Salt
3/4 c Sugar 2 ts Vanilla
1 Beaten egg
Heat sour cream over low heat. Add sugar, salt, butter. Cook to lukewarm.
Sprinkle yeast over water in a large bowl. Add sour cream mixture, eggs
and flour. Cover tightly overnight in refrigerator. In the morning,
divide dough into 4 equal parts. Roll out one at a time to 8 x 12 inches.
Spread 1/4 cream cheese mixture on each. Roll as a jelly roll, tucking
ends under and place on greased cookie sheet. Slit along both sides only
scoring through 2 layers of dough. Let rise in a warm place, covered for
one hour. Bake at 375 for 12 to 15 minutes.
