Irish Shortbread

Ingrients & Directions


8 oz Butter 8 oz Plain flour
4 oz Caster sugar 2 oz Cornflour

1. Cream butter and sugar. Add flour and cornflour. Cut into squares or
into rounds and bake in a slow oven until done.


Yields
1 loaf
