Louisberg Cafe Bread Pudding

Ingrients & Directions


6 Eggs; beaten
6 c Milk
3/4 c Sugar
1 c Raisins
12 c Broken bread, rolls or
-doughnuts

Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Blend in pieces of bread.
Pour mixture into a 13x9x2 baking pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until
set.
