1/2 ts Baking soda
2 tb Sugar
1 ts Salt
1 1/3 c Cornmeal
2 2/3 c Bread flour
2 1/2 ts Yeast

FOR 1 LB LOAF
1 c Starter

1/4 ts Baking soda
1 1/2 tb Sugar
3/4 ts Salt
1 c Cornmeal
2 c Bread flour
1 1/2 ts Yeast
