1 c Oil
2 c Mashed or caned pumpkin
4 Beaten eggs
2/3 c Water
3 1/3 c Flour
2 ts Baking soda
3 c Sugar
1 1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Nutmeg
1 ts Ginger
1 ts Salt

Beat together the first 4 ingredients. Sift together dry ingredients and
mix with the moist. Makes 2 large or 3 small loaves. Bake at 350 for 50-60
min.
