Ingrients & Directions
1/2 c White flour
1/2 ts Baking powder
2 ts Baking soda
1 ts Salt
2 c Graham flour
2 c Plain yogurt
1/2 c Molasses
1 c Chopped dates
1/2 c Chopped walnuts
Sift white flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add graham flour and
blend well. Mix yogurt and molasses. Add dry ingredients, then dates and
walnuts. Stir only until blended. Pour into well-greased 9″x5″x3″ loaf pan.
Bake at 350F for one hour.
