I enjoyed the Maple Oatmeal Bread recipe from the DAK booklet called
“Loafing It”. It came out light (both in color and weight) and had a nice
texture. You can’t tell there are oats in it by looking at it. Here it is
in case you don’t have that booklet:
Put in baking basket and start.
