3/4 lb Pork
1/2 lb Apples
2 md Onions
1 lb Mashed potatoes
A little stock or water
Seasoning to taste
Cut pork into small pieces.Sprinkle with salt and pepper.If sage is
liked sprinkle over two teaspoonfuls.Slice apple and onion
thinly.Place a layer of pork in pie dish with a layer of apple and
onion on top and continue until all is used.Pour in a little stock or
water and cover with a crust of mashed potato.Bake in a moderate oven
for about an hour.
