Pumpkin Almond Bread

Ingrients & Directions


1/2 c Oil
2/3 c Brown sugar
1/3 c Sugar
1 c Mashed or canned pumpkin
1 Egg
1 tb Grated orange rind
1 1/2 c Flour
1/2 ts Baking powder
1 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Ginger
1/2 c Toasted chopped or slivered
-almonds

Beat together the first 5 ingredients. Sift together the dry ingredients
and mix the two together. Stir in the almonds last. Grease and floured 1
loaf pan and bake at 350 for 1 hr.
