Ingrients & Directions
1 c Water
1 lg Egg
3 tb Butter/margarine/oil
1/2 c Diced onion
3 ts Brown/white sugar
1 ts Salt
1/3 ts Black pepper – coarse
1 1/2 ts Dry sage, (10 1/4 oz.)
1 1/2 ts Celery seeds
1 1/2 ts Poultry seasoning
3 1/2 c Bread flour*
1 1/2 ts Yeast
*Can substitute 2 1/2 c bread flour and 2/3 c Cornmeal.
Load machine in order given. Use regular bread cycle.
