4 Baking potatoes
1/4 c Milk
1 tb Margarine
Shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c Cooked spinach — chopped
Place potatoes and cut them in half lenthwise. Scoop the potatoes
from the skins into a mixing bowl. Add milk and margarine and mash
the potatoes. Stir in cheese and spinach. Then scoop the mixture
back into the potato skins. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350
for 10 minutes.
