1 lb Tofu
1 1/2 tb Lemon juice
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 c Honey
1/4 c Vegetable oil
1 1/2 ts Vanilla
1/2 c Sugar
1 Baked 9-inch graham cracker
-crust
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Put tofu, lemon juice, salt, honey,
vanilla, and sugar in food processor or blender and process until
smooth and creamy. Pour mixture into a baked pie crust. Bake 40
minutes, Cool, then chill.
