2 Sticks margarine or butter
3 c Sugar
3 c Flour
6 Eggs; separated
1 c Sour cream
1/4 ts Soda
2 ts Vanilla extract
2 ts Almond extract
Cream butter and sugar; add egg yolks one at a time. Combine soda and
sour cream; add alternately with flour to the mixtre. Add extracts.
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into cake batter.Bake in a
greased and floured tube pan or angel food cake pan at
325 for 1 1/2 hours.
