Peanut Butter Cake

Ingrients & Directions


2 c SUGAR 2 c SOUR MILK OR BUTTERMILK
1/2 c BUTTER 2 ts BAKING SODA
1/2 c PEANUT BUTTER 3 c FLOUR
2 ea EGGS

CREAM SUGAR, BUTTER AND PEANUT BUTTER TOGETHER. ADD EGGS AND BEAT WELL.
MIX SOUR MILKWITH SODA AND ADD ALTERNATELY WITH FLOUR TO THE SUGAR MIX.
POUR INTO 3 GREASED AND FLOURED 9″ ROUND PANS. NOTE: ICE AS DESIRED OR
LEAVE PLAIN. BAKE AT 350 DEG F. FOR 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE.
