1 c BUTTER 3 c ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
1 c SUGAR 2 ts BAKING POWDER
1 c PACKED BROWN SUGAR 1/2 ts SALT
1 1/2 ts VANILLA 1 c MILK
3 x EGGS 1 1/2 c MINI CHOCOLATE CHIPS (12oz.)
HEAT OVEN TO 350 DEG. F. GREASE ANF FLOUR A BUNDT PAN OR 9″ X 13″ BAKING
PAN. IN A LARGE MIXER BOWL, CREAM BUTTER, SUGARS AND VANILLA UNTIL LIGHT
AND FLUFFY. ADD EGGS, ONE AT A TIME, BEATING WELL AFTER EACH ADDITION.
COMBINE FLOUR, BAKING POWDER AND SALT; ADD ALTERNATELY WITH MILK TO
CREAMED MIXTURE. STIR IN MINI CHIPS. POUR MIXTURE INTO PREPARED PAN.
BAKE AT 350 DEG F. FOR 45 MINUTES IF USING A 9″ X 13″ PAN OR FOR 65
MINUTES IF USING A BUNDT PAN.
