1 c butter 1 tb vanilla
1/4 c honey 1 tb lemon juice
1/2 c pure maple syrup 1 c milk
2 tb molasses 3 c whole wheat pastry flour
4 ea eggs 1 ts baking powder
Cream together butter, honey, maple syrup, molasses and eggs. Add
vanilla, lemon juice and milk. Beat in flour and baking powder. Pour
into 5 x 9-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes.
