1 c Candied Fruits, Assorted 1 c Miniature Marshmallows —

1 c Golden Raisins 1 tb Lemon Juice
1/2 c Dates — chopped 3 tb Orange Juice
3/4 c Walnuts — chopped 2/3 c Evaporated Milk
3 1/2 c Graham Cracker Crumbs 2 tb Honey
1/2 ts Ground Cinnamon Whipped Cream — for
1/4 ts Grated Nutmeg Topping
1/8 ts Ground Cloves
In a large bowl mix candied fruits, raisins, dates, nuts, cracker
crumbs, and spices. In a separate bowl mix marshmallows, citrus
juices, milk, and honey, and stir well. Blend everything together
until crumbs are moist, then press into an 8-inch loaf pan. Chill for
several days before slicing, and top each slice with a dollop of
whipped cream.
Note: Rum can be substituted in place of citrus juices or sprinkle on
top if you wish.
