Hot Cakes (very Good)

Ingrients & Directions


4 Eggs — well beaten
1 qt Milk
2 Sticks Butter or margarine
Melted
3/4 c Sugar
1 ts Salt
4 ts Baking powder
1 1/2 c Flour
1 tb Vanilla

Add eggs to milk and vanilla. Add butter or margarine, cooled to this
mixture; sugar and salt mixed with flour and baking powder. Mix well,
fry on hot skillet or griddle. Makes very thin batter. Serve with
your favorite syrup.
