8 tb Butter
1 c All-Purpose Flour — plus 1
-Tbs
1 c Light Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1/2 c Coconut
1/2 c Walnuts — ground
1 ts Vanilla
1 ts Baking Powder
Crumb together the butter and 1 cup of the flour. Press the crumbs
into an 8 x 8″ greased cake pan to form a flat pastry crust and bake
at 350 F for 10 mins, or until golden brown. Combine the remaining
ingredients. Pour over the crust and continue baking about 20 mins,
or until light brown. Cool, remove from pan, and spread with butter
frosting. Cut in squares and enjoy.
