1 1/2 c Rolled oats
1/2 c Wheat flour
1 tb Baking powder
2 tb Cinnamon
1 ts Nutmeg
1 Egg white; whipped
1/2 c Bananas; mashed
1 tb Applesauce
1 1/2 c Skim milk; at room temperatu
1/2 c Raisins

with cooking spray and heat on medium until hot. In a mixing bowl,
combine oatmeal, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg. In
another mixing bowl, combine egg white, banana, applesauce, and milk.
Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients just until moistened .
Ladle in the batter, using 2 or more tablespoons per cake. Cook for
2 minutes, then flip carefully and cook for 2 minutes more. Repeat
with remaining batter.
