1 3/4 c Finely crushed chocolate 6 tb Melted butter
Wafers or graham crackers
FILLING
1 c Sugar 1/3 c To 1/2 Bailey’s*
3 pk Cream cheese, (24oz), 3/4 c Mini chocolate chips
Softened 1 ts Glour
4 Eggs
GARNISH—OPTIONAL
Whipped cream Chocolate curls
Preheat oven to 375F.
Combine crust ingredients and press onto bottom and up sides of
lightly greased 9″ springform pan; set aside.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until very smooth and creamy. Do not
overbeat. Stir in Bailey’s by hand. Gently stir in combined teaspoon
flour and 1/2 cup chips.; stir into batter gently. Sprinkle remaining
chips over.
Bake 45-55 minutes or until firm to the touch. Loosen sides of
cheesecake by running a knife around edge of pan. Cover cake; chill
at least 3 hours. Pipe with whipped cream and top with chocolate
curls, if desired, before serving.
