6 Egg whites; whipped
1 c Granulated sugar
1 tb Pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 c Marshmallow cream
1/3 c Cocoa powder; sifted
3/4 c Unbleached flour
1/2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Baking soda

Preheat oven to 325. Prepare a 8″ square pan with cooking spray and flour;
set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine egg whites, sugar, vanilla, and
marshmallow cream. In another mixing bowl, combine cocoa powder, flour,
baking powder, and baking soda. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients
just until moistened. Bake for 30 minutes.

Per serving: 225 Calories; 1g Fat (2% calories from fat); 5g Protein; 53g
Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 154mg Sodium
