1 Box butter yellow or golden
-cake mix
1 Box instant vanilla pudding
-mix; 4 serving size
1 c Coconut flakes
1 c Chopped nuts
1 c Vegetable oil
10 oz Cola
4 Eggs
Cream cheese frosting

Preheat oven to 350. In the bowl of an electric mixer, combine cake mix,
pudding mix, coconut, nuts, oil, cola, and eggs and mix well. Pour batter
into a well-greased, 10″ bundt pan and bake 50-60 minutes, or until
toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove cake from pan and
let cool completely on rack. When cool, frost cake with Cream Cheese Icing.
Cream Cheese Icing 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter 1 8 oz pkg. cream cheese (can
use light) 1 16 oz carton powdered sugar In small bowl of electric mixer,
cream butter, cream cheese and sugar until smooth and fluffy. Use as
directed.
