Individual Cheese Cakes

Ingrients & Directions


1 pk (8-oz) cream cheese
1 cn Condensed milk
1/3 c Lemon juice
1 ts Vanilla extract
1 cn Cherry pie filling
1 ct Sour cream
Vanilla wafers

Place a vanilla wafer, curved side down, in bottom of paper muffin baking
cup.

Cream together the cream cheese and condensed milk; add vanilla and lemon
juice, mixing well. Spoon into muffin cups over vanilla wafers. Top with
sour cream. Bake in 350 degree oven for 5 minutes. When cool, place a
cherry and a little cherry syrup on top of each. Refrigerate.

Note: Small or large cakes can be made depending upon size of vanilla
wafers and muffin cups.
