1 Egg
1/2 c Cocoa
1 c Sugar
1/2 c Oil
1 1/2 c Flour
1 ts Soda
1/2 c Milk
1/2 c Hot water
1 ts Vanilla
1/4 ts Salt
COCA COLA ICING
1 Stick butter
3 tb Cocoa
1/3 c Coca cola
1 lb Confectioner’s sugar
1 c Chopped nuts
CAKE: Make sour milk by adding soda to milk and stirring to dissolve.
Combine sugar and cocoa, add oil and egg, stir well. Combine salt and
flour, add alternately with liquid mixtures, mixing well. Add vanilla. Bake
in layer pans or sheet cake pan at 350 for 30-40 minutes. ICING: Combine
butter, cola and cocoa in saucepan. Heat to boiling point, take off burner,
add sugar and nuts and beat well. Spread on cake.
