2 c Sifted whole wheat flour
3/4 c Soy flour
2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 c Non-fat dry milk
4 ts Baking powder
1 ts Salt
2/3 c Dark cane syrup
1/2 c Vegetable oil
4 Eggs
1 c Applesauce
1/2 c Wheat germ
1 c Raisins
Sift dry ingredients, except wheat germ. Cream syrup, eggs, sugar and oil.
Mix dry ingredients alternately with applesauce to creamed mixture. Add
wheat germ and raisins. Pour into greased and lightly floured pan. Bake at
350 degrees for 30 minutes.
