2 Eggs/egg sub
1/2 c Vegetable oil (I used 1/4
-cup “Lighter Bake” fat sub)
1 ts Butter flavoring
1 ts Almond flavoring
1 ts Vanilla flavoring
1 tb Poppy seeds
1 c Sugar
1 1/2 c Self rising flour OR
1 1/2 c All purpose flour &
2 1/4 ts Baking powder &
3/4 ts Salt
I have tried several recipes from Donna Rathmell German’s “The Bread
Machine Cookbook II” and this one is especially nice in the fall/winter.
Bake for 50 min. (**For a Zoji see directions above)
