Potato Pancakes^

Ingrients & Directions


3 lb Potatoes, grated 1/4 c Flour
4 Egg whites, beaten 1 tb Low sodium soy sauce
1 lg Onion, grated

Grate potatoes into cold water so they don’t turn brown. then squeeze
water out quickly. Add eg whites, mix well to coat; then add onion,
flour and soy sauce. Spray a nonstick skillet with Pam. Drop
spoonfuls of mixture into skillet; cook until crispy. makes 16
pancakes.
