Caramel Pudding Cake

Ingrients & Directions


1/2 c Butter; softened
1/2 c Sugar
1 1/2 c Flour
1 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c Milk
1/2 c Raisins
1 c Brown sugar; packed
2 c Cold water

Cream butter and sugar. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; add to
creamed mixture. Mix with milk. Stir in raisins. Spread into an 8-inch
greased pan. Combine brown sugar and water; pour over batter in pan. Bake
at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
