Michele’s Triple C Cookies

Ingrients & Directions


1 c butter, softened 2 c + 2 T unbleached flour
1 c sugar 3/4 ts baking soda
1 c dark brown sugar 1 ts salt
2 ea eggs 2 c chocolate chips
1 1/2 ts vanilla 1/2 c pecans, chopped

Cream butter, sugar and brown sugar until well-blended. Add eggs, one at
a time, blending well. Mix in vanilla. Sift together flour, soda and
salt. Add to butter mixture. Stir until mixed. Add chocolate chips and
pecans. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto well-greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350
degrees for 12 minutes. Makes about 48 large cookies.
