2 1/2 c All-purpose flour
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Salt
1 c Butter; softened
3/4 c Peanut butter
1 c Light brown sugar, packed
1/2 c Sugar
2 Eggs
2 ts Vanilla
2 c Peanut butter cups, chopped
3/4 c Peanuts, chopped
1 c Milk chocolate chips
PREHEAT OVEN TO 375F. Sift together flour, soda and
salt. Set aside. Beat together butter, peanut butter,
brown sugar, sugar, eggs and vanilla until light and
fluffy. Add dry ingredients and combine thoroughly.
Fold in peanut butter cups, peanuts and chocolate
chips. The batter will be stiff. Form into balls about
the size of a tablespoon. Place on a greased cookie
sheet and bake 12 minutes or until golden. Cool on a
wire rack.
