2 tb Whole wheat flour
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/4 ts Nutmeg
3 1/2 c Chopped green tomatoes
1/3 c Honey
1 tb Lemon juice
Pastry for one 8″ pie
TOPPING
1/2 c Rolled oats
1/4 c Whole wheat flour
2 tb Soft butter
2 tb Honey
Mix together flour and spices. Add tomatoes and toss. Stir in honey and
lemon juice. Arrange in pastry shell. With a fork, blend topping
ingredients together and sprinkle over tomatoes. Bake at 400 degrees F. for
