Mexican Wedding Cookies

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Butter (no margarine)
5 tb Powdered sugar
2 c Flour
1 ts Vanilla
1 1/2 c Chopped pecans

Cream butter and sugar. Work in vanilla, flour, and pecans. Chill for one
hour. Form into small balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 15
minutes at 350 degrees. When cool, roll in additional powdered sugar.
