3 c Sugar (sometimes I combine
-1-1/2 cup each of white and
-brown sugar; this makes the
-cookies a bit richer)
1/2 c Milk
1/3 c Cocoa
1/4 Stick butter
1/3 c Creamy peanut butter
2 -(up to)
2 1/2 c Oats

Combine sugar, milk, cocoa, and butter in a saucepan. Mix well over medium
heat until mixture comes to a funn boil. Boil mixture for 1 minute. Remove
from heat. Add peanut butter and gradually add oats. Drop cookies onto
aluminum foil. Cookies harden within minutes.
