1/2 Stick Butter
1 c Sugar
2 Egg Yolks
1/4 c Buttermilk
1 tb Cider Vinegar
1/2 ts Cloves
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Allspice
1/2 ts Nutmeg
1/2 ts Vanilla
1 pn Salt
1 c Raisins
1 1/2 c Apples; chopped
1 9″ Pie Crust; unbaked
Whipped Cream
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks, buttermilk, vinegar, spices, salt,
and vanilla. Then add raisins and apples. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40
minutes. Top with whipped cream if desired.
