1 c Butter
1/2 ts Salt
2 c Flour
2 c Small curd cottage cheese
BUTTER FROSTING
1 tb Butter
1/2 ts Vanilla
1 1/2 tb Milk
1 1/2 c Powdered sugar
Have ingredients at room temperature. Combine them in a large bowl. Beat
until smooth and elastic. Chill several hours or overnight. Divide dough in
two parts and roll into a circle on a floured surface 1/8-inch thick. Cut
into wedges and roll from wide end. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350
degrees for 20 minutes until golden brown. Cool and ice.
