2/3 c unsweetened cocoa 1 c granulated sugar
6 tb butter 2 tb corn syrup
1/2 c boiling water
In a saucepan, combine cocoa, butter and water. Heat for 3 minutes over
medium heat, stirring constantly. If using regular granulated sugar,
blend it in a blender for about 40 seconds to make it superfine. Add
sugar and corn syrup to chocolate in saucepan. Simmer only 3-4 minutes,
until thick. Serve over ice cream. It’s even better reheated!
