Ingrients & Directions
4 c Sugar 2 tb Butter
1 c Dates (chopped) 1 ts Vanilla
1 c Milk 1/2 c Nuts (chopped)
Mix sugar, dates, milk and butter; boil until a soft ball is formed
when dropped into cold water. Add vanilla and nuts. Beat until
mixture begins to thicken; pour into greased pan. Yield: 2 pounds.
