Walnut Fudge Eggs

Ingrients & Directions


2 tb Cocoa powder; (30 g)
1 l + 3/4 cup; (180 ml) milk
470 g Sugar
50 g Butter
125 g Walnuts; chopped fine

BOIL milk and sugar together on low heat till it thickens. Mix cocoa powder
with a little warm milk to a smooth paste and keep aside. Add butter, cocoa
milk and walnuts to the thick milk and cook till done. When cool, press
into egg shaped moulds. Dry for a while before wrapping in decorative
aluminium foil.
