Cream Of Wheat Fudge Brownies

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Sugar
1/2 c Cream of Wheat
1/2 c Unsweetened cocoa
1/2 c All-purpose flour
1/2 c Egg substitute
1/4 c Margarine; melted
1 ts Vanilla

In large bowl, mix sugar, cereal, cocoa and flour; blend in egg
product, margarine and vanilla. Spread in greased 8x8x2-inch baking
pan. Bake at 325? for 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in
center comes out almost clean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
Cut into 2-inch squares.
