1 Stick margarine
1 c Chopped pecans
1 c Flour
FILLING
1 c Powdered sugar
1 pk (8-oz) cream cheese;
-softened
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Whipped topping
2 pk (small) chocolate pudding
3 c Milk
1 ts Vanilla
1 ct (medium) whipped topping
1 Medium-size chocolate candy

Combine crust ingredients & press into 13×9-inch glass dish. Bake at 350
for 15 minutes. Cool. Combine powdered sugar, cream cheese, vanilla &
whipped topping. Spread onto crust. Add instant pudding mix to cold milk &
mix. Add vanilla & put on top of cream cheese mixture. Spread whipped
topping evenly over pudding & grate chocolate bar on top. Chill.
