Toasted Coconut Pie

Ingrients & Directions


6 Eggs; beaten
1 c Sugar
1/2 Stick butter or margarine
1 c Milk
1 c Evaporated milk
1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Vanilla
Nutmeg
1 Baked pie shell

Combine first 5 ingredients & beat. Heat until butter melts. Add salt,
vanilla & nutmeg. Pour into pie crust & sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 400
for 5 minutes; turn oven up to 425 and bake 10 minutes more.
