2 c Sugar
1/4 c Flour
1/4 ts Nutmeg
A dash of salt
Add 3 beaten eggs and beat smooth. Add 4 cups chopped rhubarb. Pour into a
prepared 9 inch pastry shell and bake at 400 for 50 minutes.
